We've collected a number of awards for our trophy cabinet over the years, thanks to the votes of our customers. Have a look to see what we've won.

Which? Recommended Provider - Broadband Services 2012

Plusnet's broadband service has been given a four star rating for "value for money", "connection reliability", "customer service" and "technical support" and been named as a Which? Recommended Provider.

Which? Recommended Providers must score well for customer service, ease of set up, connection speed, reliability and technical support and receive an overall score of 70% in their consumer survey.

We also topped the Which? consumer satisfaction survey for its superfast broadband services with a 84% customer satisfaction score. Plusnet's fibre service was a top performer with 84% overall customer satisfaction in what is the first time Which? has reported on satisfaction with superfast broadband.

Close to 1,000 Plusnet customers were questioned in the survey and gave Plusnet 's broadband service an overall score of 74% - an increase of two percent from the last survey conducted in June 2011.

PC Advisor ISP Awards 2012 - Best Budget Broadband

We are delighted that we've been named as the PC Advisor Best Budget Broadband provider for 2012.

Every year, PC Advisor runs a web-based survey that asks readers to assess their home-broadband experience. The respondents of the survey rated us highly across the board, with 91% saying they would recommend Plusnet and a satisfaction rate of 97% overall.

Which? Recommended Provider - Broadband Services 2011

Plusnet Value broadband has been given a five star recommendation for ''value for money'' and a four star recommendation for connection speed, connection reliability, customer service and technical support.

Which? Recommended Providers must score well for customer service, ease of set up, connection speed, reliability and technical support and receive an overall score of 70% in their consumer survey.

Over 750 Plusnet customers were questioned in the survey and gave on overall score of 72%.
Which? magazine also lists Plusnet as a “Best Buy” product.

uSwitch Awards 2012

Following on from our success in 2011, yet again we've beaten tough competition to win another 4 trophies at this year's prestigious uSwitch Broadband Awards. We claimed the 'Best Customer Rated Broadband Provider', 'Best Value Home Broadband', 'Most Reliable Service' and 'Most Likely to be Recommended' categories.

Ernest Doku, from uSwitch praised Plusnet's achievements by saying:

"These awards show that in a competitive market, some providers are managing to stand out from the crowd for all the right reasons, making it a compelling reason for consumers to select the right package.

2011 Broadband Choices Customer Satisfaction Awards

Building on last year's success, Plusnet has been highly commended in 13 of the 14 award categories in the 2011 Broadband Choices Customer Satisfaction Awards including: 'Value for Money', 'Customer Service', 'Overall Customer Satisfaction' and 'Quality and Reliability'. Every award in the 'bundle' category praised Plusnet for our combined broadband and home phone service.

uSwitch Awards 2011

We're proud to announce that we've picked up no less than four uSwitch awards in 2011, these were: "Best Customer Service", ''Most Likely To Be Recommended'', ''Best Quality of Connection'' and ''Best Overall Customer Satisfaction''.

uSwitch praised Plusnet saying ''[We're] pleased to say that Plusnet has been successful in winning 4 of our 11 awards [...] It's great to see that your focus on value added services has paid off and consumers are recognising this''.

Broadband Genie Awards 2011

We're delighted that we've won ''Best Budget Broadband'' at the Broadband Genie Home Broadband Awards 2011.

Highlighting that it wasn't just about being cheap, the judges concluded that "Plusnet has proven it is possible to offer cheap home broadband while also going above and beyond when it comes to customer care - something some of its larger rivals can learn from".

PC Advisor ISP Awards 2011

To kick off 2011, we're pleased to announce that we've been recommended in the PC Advisor Home Broadband Survey.

The respondents of the survey highlighted both our good value and high average connection speeds. We are particularly pleased with the 94% satisfaction rate for our customer service, with a 96% satisfaction rate overall.

ISPA Awards 2010

We're delighted to have won the top industry accolade for Consumer Customer Service at this year's ISPA Awards. The judges were impressed with our flexibility and the effective way that we handle complaints. They were particularly impressed with the way we provide a geographic number for customers to contact our support teams.

Top10.com Broadband Awards 2010

For the second year in succession, we've won the 'Best Value Home Broadband' award at the Top10.com Broadband Awards.

This year the judges commented "Plusnet win this award for the second consecutive year in recognition of their continued commitment to offering a quality, stand-alone home broadband service with a low annual cost".

uSwitch Awards 2010

This year we've collected two more uSwitch awards, this time for 'Best Technical Support' and runner-up for 'Overall Customer Satisfaction'.

According to the uSwitch 2010 Broadband Customer Satisfaction Report we're helping set the pace for customer satisfaction.

Broadband Choices Awards 2010

We came highly commended in 6 categories in this year's Broadband Choices Awards including: 'Value for Money', 'Overall Customer Satisfaction' and 'Quality and Reliability'.

We were also praised for our customer service, technical support, speed of service activation and the clarity of our pricing and billing.

Top10.com Broadband Awards 2009

In September we won another award to add to our collection - at this year's prestigious Top10.com Broadband Awards we picked up the award for 'Best Value Home Broadband'.

Our Plusnet Value package impressed the judges, who commented "Good value is not just about the price on the box and Plusnet's Value Broadband package includes all the trimmings... Plusnet show that there's more to value than upfront costs".

We've added two more uSwitch awards to our collection.

Plusnet are proud to have been voted joint second in the 'Best overall ISP' section of this years PC Advisor Reader Awards.
